Simple to Set Up

Setting up your grounding mat is easy. Just unroll the mat, snap the grounding cord into place in the corner, and plug the cord into a grounded outlet. We recommend at least 30 minutes of grounding daily. There is no upper limit.

How To Test The Mat

We include a manual, testing instructions and QR code in the package with your grounding mat. If testing with a multimeter, ensure it supports safety resistance up to 100,000 Ohms. Our cords are designed with a built-in resistance of 91,000 Ohms for your safety.
